Thanksgiving sides are just as important as the turkey! I love cranberry sauce, mac & cheese, broccoli & cheese casserole, mash potatoes, and dressing. Sweet potatoes are probably my favorite veggie and my sweet potato mash is SO GOOD! This recipe is delicious with rolls and I like to add sautéed and green onions on top.

Ingredients:
4-5 sweet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
Sprinkle Season All (or your favorite seasoning)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Wash and poke holes in potatoes
Microwave sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Microwave sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Let potatoes cool for 2-3 minutes
Peel potato skin off (optional)
Mix (or mash) all ingredients together until semi smooth consistency (there will be chunks of sweet potato, YUM!)
